Education is the strongest lever for personal development, and capable, active citizen are the strongest lever for long-term, sustainable change and development in our economy. Education also plays a big role in efforts to alleviate poverty. Unfortunately, the potential of education to play this crucial role is greatly undermined by poverty itself. As a consequence, large sections of our population fail to acquire relevant and quality education that would prepare them to effectively contribute towards bringing desired development to their societies/villages.
