HOW TO RESET / ACTIVATE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT (ICPAK MEMBERS ONLY)

1. At the <user login>box on your right, click on <forgot your password>.
2. A new page will be loaded, requesting you to enter your email address. Enter your email address and click submit.
3. If your email is in the system, the next page will ask you for a token. This can be accessed from a mail from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it that you will find in your email inbox. Copy this token and click ‘submit’
4. Enter your new password on the page. After entering your password, you are free to login.
5. Enter your registration number in the username box, and your new password in the password field. Click login to continue.
