1.0 Overview
Mental wellness refers to a holistic approach in which mind, body and spirit are integrated. It is a way of life oriented toward optimal health and wellbeing for the integration of the body, mind and spirit, in a purposeful manner with a goal of living life more fully. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Wellness is more than the absence of disease.
2.0 Target Audience:
All ICPAK Members, Non ICPAK members & those from other reciprocating professional organizations both in private and public sectors.

5.0 National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations. Remember that to qualify you should apply to NITA for approval prior to the date of the conference. Further details can be obtained from their website (www.nita.go.ke)
