Preamble

The IASB issued a number of new IFRSs whose initial application is from 1 January 2018. Companies are required to apply the new recognition and measurement requirements including onerous disclosures in the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018. Most companies are currently in the process of concluding the financial reporting process for December 2018 hence the need to assess whether you are ready.
