Notice is hereby given that the 8th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Eastern Branch will be held on Friday 3rd May 2019 as from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in Machakos (exact venue will be announced in due course). Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.
The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Send your nomination forms to branches@icpak.com with a copy to dorcas.gichira@icpak.com by close of business Tuesday 23rd April 2019.
Note:
- Sub-section 7.0.4 of the approved Branch Governance Policy stipulates that one must have been a member of the Institute for not less than three years and must have also served the in the Branch Executive Committee for at least one year to qualify for the position of Branch Chairperson.
- Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
- Only members registered with the branch will be eligible to vie and /or vote for the positions above during the annual members meeting. To register with the branch, kindly subscribe online at https://www.icpak.com/eastern-branch/ The voters register will be closed on Tuesday 23rd April 2019.
- Voting shall be done online as per the voters register.
