OVERVIEW:
The last couple of months has been very challenging for organizations to operate optimally as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Some organizations have had to close down or significantly reduce their operations while others have had to quickly adapt to new ways of working and embrace emerging technologies and concepts in a very short time. In this webinar we will tackle how can organizations position themselves on a recovery path to ensure that they are able to deliver to their customers now and in the near future emerging stronger after COVID-19 while leveraging technology.

Event Objectives:
The Webinar will focus on four key activities that organizations need to engage in as they navigate the new operating environment they find themselves in by doing the following from a technology lens:-
1. Assessment of the existing business and how COVID-19 has impacted the organization
2. Stabilization of the enterprise to continue operating
3. Recovery from the Pandemic
4. Re-imagining the new business environment going forward beyond the Pandemic

Event Outcomes:
During the Webinar, the participants will be engaged on key considerations on Assessment, Stabilization, Recovery and Re-imagination of the new business focusing on the following strategic pillars:

Managing customer needs – How organizations can digitally serve customers where and how they want and need         to be served.

 Adaptation of the Workforce – How organizations can not only create a virtual workforce but effectively enable             this digital workforce

 Revise approach to internal functions – How organizations can leverage technology and data as Primary enablers
 Enhance Operating Model – The emerging technologies that organizations should adopt going forward

The Webinar charges are Kshs. 1,000.
