OVERVIEW

Financial statements need to be prepared in compliance with IFRSs/IFRS for SMEs, ISAs and regulatory requirements. It is the role of the management and directors to ensure proper record keeping which will aid in the preparation of compliant financial statements which are then audited.

There are various sections and information within a full set of financial statement. The Institute has been issuing illustrative financial statements which are in compliance with the various in a bid to guide members as it highlights various requirements at the global and national level.
