Work-related stress is a growing problem around the world that not only affects the well-being and heath of employees, but also the productivity of organizations.A lack of control over day to day work responsibility with excessively high workloads and unrealistic deadlines often make employees feel rushed, under pressure and overwhelmed whereas insufficient workloads creates a situation that they feel their skills are underutilized.
Stress does not only affect us on an individual level, but it also impacts on the work performance, colleague, friends and family relations. Professionals often always feel pressured to be online even while on vacation or outside of traditional office hours since technology has revolutionized our perspective of the world. National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
