Work-related stress is a growing problem around the world that not only affects the well-being and heath of employees, but also the productivity of organizations.A lack of control over day to day work responsibility with excessively high workloads and unrealistic deadlines often make employees feel rushed, under pressure and overwhelmed whereas insufficient workloads creates a situation that they feel their skills are underutilized.
Stress does not only affect us on an individual level, but it also impacts on the work performance, colleague, friends and family relations. National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement
