Successful setting up of your practice and submitting winning bids – Recording
Date: 13th April 2023
Time: 04.00pm-06.00pm
Venue: Online
Overview
Many businesses, organizations and government agencies require the services of experts and professionals to keep them running smoothly. Accounting is one function that is often outsourced to another company through the bid process. Government agencies frequently bid for the services of contract-based accountants. Some private sector businesses also use the bid process to find accountants. A professional accountant should establish a consistent approach to win bids for jobs and projects. This can be achieved by determining the client needs by reading the organization’s bid requests carefully to determine the tasks and skills needed for the project, assessing the bid services through identifying the skills and services you will need to provide to complete the proposed project and by listing the costs associated with your labor and supplies in a detailed format. Most firms and companies are looking to win more business through bids and tenders but simply do not have the experience and capacity to do it properly. If outsourcing your bid writing is not a practical option, then bid training could be precisely what you need.
To address the foregoing challenges associated with the preparation of a winning bid, the Institute has organized a two-hour webinar on 13th April 2023 from 4pm-6pm training to equip the participants with the required skills and knowledge.
The session will focus on the following topical areas.
