THE 6TH NORTHERN BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS

RE:  DECLARATION OF VACANCIES AND CALL FOR NOMINATIONS NORTHERN BRANCH

In exercise of the powers granted to me by the Branch Governance Policy of ICPAK as approved by council, I CPA Edwin Makori being the Returning Officer Northern Branch elections hereby declare the following positions in the Northern Branch Executive Committee 2022/2023 Vacant.

I invite nominations from among members of Northern Branch to the positions indicated above. Interested members are requested to send duly filled nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business on Friday 18^th March 2022. The nomination form is attached herewith.

NOTE:

1. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
2. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
3. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in (2) above.
4. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms: 18^th March 2022
   2. Clearing of candidates: 20^th March 2022
   3. Campaign period: 21^st March 2022 – 27^th March 2022 midnight
   4. Sending Tokens 26^th March 2022
   5. Voting/Election Period (28^th March 2022 – 1^st April 2022 at 9am)
