Conflict is everywhere, something we all experience on a regular basis. Whether it’s learning that your spouse has a difference kind of vacation in mind than you do or that your boss’s idea of your job differs from your own, conflict is simply an inevitable aspect of human relationships. As desirable as it might seem, there’s just no way to live a conflict-free life.
The video is an opportunity for you to gain those essential skills equipping you with tools and techniques that everyone can use to better manage conflict in his or her professional and personal lives.
The Video Session will take place on Thursday 5th May 2016 at Professional Centre in Nairobi. Charges are KShs. 1, 000 for ICPAK members and non members. 2 CPD Hours will be awarded to members in attendance.
