TRAINING FOR TRAINERS WORKSHOP
DATE: 25th January 2017
VENUE: Hilton Hotel, Nairobi
TIME: 8.00am to 4.00pm
The global competition and swiftness of changes emphasize the importance of human capital within organizations, as well as the swiftness and ways of knowledge gaining of that capital. In an economy where uncertainty is the only certainty, knowledge is becoming a reliable source of sustained competitive advantage. Knowledge is becoming basic capital and the trigger of development. Previously built on foundations of possessing specific resources and low costs, present day competition is based on knowledge possessing and efficient knowledge management.
This is achieved by keeping abreast of the industry trends through capacity building. Knowledge transfer is thus essential and requires competent personnel to do the job. A trainer must not only understand his/her area of training but also the mindset of the participants and their expectations. This necessitates a thorough understanding of basics of training, methodologies, preparation and presentation among other facets. It is in this regard that ICPAK has organized a one-day workshop to focus on:
- Delivering Top Notch Presentations for Professional Audiences
- Expectations for ICPAK CPD Trainers
