MYICPAK Membership  
  1. A duly filled registration application form
  2. Copies of all KASNEB result certificates or notifications and KCSE /KCE certificate.
  3. Copy of National ID.
  4. 2 colored passport photos of the applicant.
  5. Employment or Practical Experience record for the last 3 years (By way of recommendation letters from the employer(s) for full membership applications.
