The Kenya Revenue Authority wishes to notify all appointed Withholding VAT agents that the Commissioner has NOT revoked the appointments so far made.
Agents are therefore advised to continue with the operations as per the guidelines already issued on this matter.
Agents are further advised to note the due date for Return Filing and Payment of Taxes as provided under the Tax Procedure Act 2015.
