A Company dealing in real estate and investments is looking for an Accountant.
- Daily posting of financial entries in the system.
- Prepare and analyse regular reports and present to Directors.
- Preparing financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
- Advise Directors on investments and profit analysis.
- Calculate and provide in-depth analysis of Bonds.
- Bank reconciliations
- In-charge of payroll process and HR-related issues.
- Liaison with KRA, auditors and tax managers.
Key Requirements (qualifications and skills)
- Must be a CPA(K).
- A degree in Finance/Accounts or Statistics is an added advantage
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the finance and accounting
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and numbers. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Must have an eye for accuracy and good mathematical skills.
