These shifts are redefining how organizations operate and placing new expectations on leaders and professionals alike. \nIn response to these changes\, organizations require leaders who are not only technically competent but also adaptive\, innovative\, and ethical\, capable of navigating uncertainty while maintaining institutional resilience and public trust.
