On 25 September 2026, the Institute, through the Mt Kenya Branch, opened an ICT Laboratory at Ngugu-ini Comprehensive School in Kirinyaga County, marking another significant step in advancing digital literacy and empowering the next generation of learners.
The initiative is being implemented in partnership with Scinov Africa, which will provide and deliver computers to support digital learning at the school.
The CSR initiative builds on the Mt Kenya Branch’s commitment to leveraging technology to enhance education, following the opening of a digital laboratory at Muirini Secondary School in 2025.
Speaking at the event, the Chief Guest, ICPAK Chairman CPA Prof. Elizabeth Kalunda , appreciated the Mt Kenya Branch, its members, Scinov Africa and the school leadership for their collaboration and collective efforts in making the project a success.
