Job Description – Finance Manager (Consultancy Firm)
Location: Kenya.
Position Summary:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, management, and reporting for the Kenya office, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and alignment with global financial policies. This role requires a seasoned, hands-on individual with strong finance and accounting experience in a consultancy environment. Someone capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance within a consultancy environment.
- Qualified Accountant (ICPAK, ACCA or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing audits, statutory compliance, and multi-currency environments.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations in Kenya.
- Strong Microsoft Office and accounting software skills.
- Experience with Sage, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with international donor-funded project reporting.
- Experience preparing financial models and cost structures for consulting projects.
Work Eligibility:
Must have legal authorization to live and work in Kenya.
