ICPAK SIGNS MOU WITH THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF BUNGOMA

On April 10, 2026, the Institute marked a significant milestone through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the County Assembly of Bungoma, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening public financial management at the county level. The Institute delegation was received by H.E. Hon. Emmanuel Situma, the Speaker of the County Assembly of Bungoma, the Clerk of the Assembly, Mr. Charles Wafula, alongside the County Assembly Secretariat.
