The KCA Board of Trustees is an organ of the university governance structure that oversees activities of the University on behalf of the founder, ICPAK. The Board of Trustees should be composed of distinguished persons who will offer their time in executing the mandate outlined in the Trust Deed establishing KCA University. The members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the ICPAK Council.

To guide the Council in selecting members to serve on the KCA University Board of Trustees the following skills matrix has been developed. The skills matrix highlights the skills that should be on the Board of Trustees. The current trustees are required to fill in the table with skills they possess to enable Council evaluate the skills available vis a vis those that are required and in so doing have an objective criteria in declaring vacancies.
