Revised Prudential Guidelines

The Institute has received a request from the Central Bank of Kenya for input on the REVISED PRUDENTIAL GUIDELINES AND RISK MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES FOR INSTITUTIONS LICENSED UNDER THE BANKING ACT.

For us to adequately take our position on this captioned subject matter, we would appreciate your input to the same.

Kindly download and review the draft revised Prudential Guidelines and Risk Management Guidelines and e-mail your comments to financialservices@icpak.com, by Tuesday, 3rd July 2012, for our compilation and subsequent submission to Central Bank.
