The Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals for consideration as members of its Audit and Risk Committee(ARC). This is a volunteer role that supports the National Executive Committee in fulfilling their oversight responsibilities relating to governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, internal and external audit for the Society and its Commercial entities.
To strengthen the Committee’s capacity, KRCS is particularly interested in receiving profiles of professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
1. Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Risk management, Governance, Internal Controls, Compliance or Assurance functions.
2. Information Technology Audit and Digital Risk: Experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, information systems governance, digital transformation risk, data protection or technology assurance.
3. Commercial and Business Operations: Strong business acumen with experience in commercial enterprises, strategic guidance and business development, investment oversight, finance, or revenue-generating operations.

- ï‚· Â Senior-level leadership or governance experience.
- ï‚· Â Ability to contribute effectively to committee deliberations and provide independent judgement.
- ï‚· Â Previous board or committee experience will be an added advantage.
