The Global Fund launched the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) – TGF-25-52 – Evaluation of Experts for Special Grant Financial Audit, to be followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP), for audit and assurance services for grants implemented by in-country partners across 100+ countries. These implementing entities are primarily sovereign institutions (e.g., Ministries of Health and Finance) but also include INGOs, civil society organizations, and local NGOs.
The scope of services covers traditional financial audits as well as targeted assurance services including but not limited to Fixed Asset Verifications, Cash Optimization, Funds Flow Reviews, Performance Audits, IT General Controls (ITGCs) Assessments, and Internal Control Reviews.
The Global Fund aims to broaden their pool of qualified audit firms, with a particular emphasis on those with strong local presence and demonstrated capacity. We kindly request your support in sharing this REOI with Audit Firms in your jurisdiction .
