THE 12TH C-SUITE SEMINAR
Theme: Agile Leadership In a Dynamic World
Date: 8th – 12th September 2025
Venue: Pullman Deira City Centre Hotel, Dubai
Time: 09.00AM-03.30PM
OVERVIEW
C-suite executives, such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs, require ongoing capacity enhancement to lead effectively in dynamic markets which emphasizes on adaptability, technology integration, and stakeholder alignment to effectively guide their organizations toward long-term success. Predominantly, developing skills to craft and communicate a compelling vision, align organizational goals with market opportunities, and anticipate industry trends are essential. Executives learn to analyse complex business environments, make data-driven decisions, and foster innovation while managing risk. By honing these skills, leaders can inspire their teams and position their organizations to adapt to dynamic global markets, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
In an era of rapid technological advancement, C-level executives must be equipped to lead digital transformation initiatives including understanding emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics, and their applications to business operations. Executives learn to integrate technology into strategic planning, streamline processes, and enhance customer experiences while managing the cultural and operational shifts that accompany digital adoption. This knowledge enables leaders to keep their organizations competitive in a tech-driven marketplace and capitalize on digital opportunities.
Effective C-level executives must excel in managing relationships and fostering a positive organizational culture. Understanding emotional intelligence emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal communication to build trust and collaboration among teams. Executives also learn advanced people management techniques, such as conflict resolution, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. By prioritizing emotional intelligence, executives can create engaged, high-performing teams, reduce turnover, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, which are essential for driving organizational success.
According to 2025 World Economic Forum Report, the rapid rise of Artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation are reshaping business operations. 80% of C-suite executives believe AI will drive innovation, but 64% of professionals feel overwhelmed by technological change. It is therefore imperative for Executives to understand AI’s potential and limitations to lead adoption effectively. Sustainability is viewed as a non-negotiable driver of business resilience and competitiveness which highlights the need for businesses to align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and net-zero targets, with green skills demand growing 22% from 2022 to 2023.
With the rising geopolitical tensions, C – Suite Leaders need to chart a new path of economic navigation owing to trade disruptions, economic uncertainties, and tariff volatilities that call for more resilient strategies that anticipate impacts on trade, investments, and supply chains. According to The 2025 Future of Jobs Report, it is predicted that 39% of core skills will change by 2030, with 59% of the workforce needing training. Executives must prioritize upskilling to address talent shortages and skills gaps and focus on Skills-first leadership: shifting from credentials to skills-based hiring and development.
Considering this, ICPAK will hold a one-week C – Suite Seminar in Turkey themed: Agile Leadership in a dynamic world, with an aim of bringing together senior corporate and public sector executives and upcoming leaders for a forthright discussion on matters touching on effective executive leadership.
