THE 15TH CENTRAL RIFT BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS Physical Option

Notice is hereby given that the 15^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for Central Rift Branch will be held on Friday 31^st October 2025 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in Nakuru. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Interested members are requested to send dully filled nomination form to branches@icpak.com by close of business Wednesday 15^th October 2025.

NOTE:

1. Sub-section 7.0.4 of the approved Branch Governance Policy stipulates that one must have been a member of the Institute for not less than three years and must have also served in the Branch Executive Committee for at least one year to qualify for the position of Branch Chairperson.
2. Only members in good standing with respect to paid up subscriptions, CPD requirement and with no pending disciplinary cases will be cleared to vie for the above positions.
3. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
4. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in (2) above.
5. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms: 15th October 2025
   2. Clearing of candidates:           21^st October 2025
   3. Campaign period: 21^st – 27^th October 2025, 11:59 PM
   4. Sending Tokens:           27^th October 2025
   5. Voting/Election Period:           29th – 31^st 2025 at 12:00 noon
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 31^st October 2025.
