THE 14TH SOUTH RIFT BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS Virtual Attendance

Notice is hereby given that the 14^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) for South Rift – Branch will be held on Friday 13^th February 2025 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm in Kericho. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Interested members are requested to send dully filled nomination form to branches@icpak.com by close of business Thursday 12^th February 2026.

Note:

1. Aspirants shall adhere to the Branch Governance Policy as follows:
2. Subsection 7.0.3 that aspirants shall be members of ICPAK in good standing, subscribed to the branch and residing and working in any of the counties within the branch. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
3. Subsection 7.0.3.1 that an aspirant in the given elective post shall be proposed by one member and seconded by one other member. Members proposing and seconding must be subscribed to the branch and in good standing.
4. Subsection 7.0.3.3 that Validly nominated candidates shall subscribe to the Institute Election Code of ethics.
5. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in (1) above.
6. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:

1. Submission of nomination forms:          12^th February 2026
2. Clearing of candidates:                        16^th February 2026
3. Campaign period:                                 17^th – 24^th February 2026 at 11.59PM.
4. Sending Tokens:                                  23^rd February 2026
5. Voting/Election Period:                       25^th – 27^th February 2026 at 12:00 noon
6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM on 27^th February 2026.
