ICPAK Chairman CPA Prof Elizabeth Kalunda delivered the keynote address at the 2nd Women in HR Breakfast, organised by the Institute of Human Resource Management.
In her speech, titled “Justice Begins at Home: Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women in the HR Profession,” she called upon HR leaders to exemplify the equity they advocate, ensuring that it is mirrored within their own professional circles.
Additionally, she inspired women in HR to persist in balancing the scales, dismantling barriers, and promoting women’s leadership across workplaces in Kenya and beyond.
