This engagement is part of KRA’s ongoing efforts under its 9th Corporate Plan to streamline tax administration and enhance compliance through simplified processes and align them with international best practices. The forum seeks to provide members with key insights into the overall user experience across all taxpayer segments and promote voluntary compliance.
