THE 15TH EASTERN BRANCH ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING AND BRANCH ELECTIONS Physical Attendance

Notice is hereby given that the 15^th Annual Members Meeting (AMM) of the Eastern Branch will be held on Friday, 29^th May 2026, from 2:00p.m. to 5:30p.m. in Wote, Makueni. Kindly confirm your attendance by booking online under special events category. The event is free and members in attendance shall be awarded 2 CPD Hours.

The positions declared vacant are due for nomination and the nomination forms can be downloaded from the link below. Interested members are requested to send duly filled nomination forms to branches@icpak.com by close of business Thursday, 14^th May 2026. The nomination form is attached herewith.

NOTE:

1. The Branch Governance Policy provides the following:
   1. Subsection 7.0.3 – Aspirants shall be members of ICPAK in good standing, subscribed to the branch and residing and working in any of the counties within the branch. Only members registered with the branch 30 days to the AMM will be eligible to vie and/or vote for the positions above.
   2. Subsection 7.0.3.1 – An aspirant for any elective post shall be proposed by one member and seconded by one other member. Members proposing and seconding must be subscribed to the branch and in good standing.
   3. Subsection 7.0.3.3 – Validly nominated candidates shall subscribe to the Institute Election Code of ethics.
2. Voting shall be done online as per the voters’ register drawn from members in 1(a) above.
3. Please note the following key dates as appertains the branch elections:
   1. Submission of nomination forms: 14th May 2026
   2. Clearing of candidates: 19th May 2026
   3. Campaign Period: 20th – 27th May 2026 11:59p.m.
   4. Sending Tokens: 26th May 2026
   5. Voting/Election Period: 27th – 29th May 2026 at noon
   6. Tallying and Announcement on the AMM: 29th May 2026.
