Overview

Developing well-rounded professionals involves a comprehensive approach that combines financial expertise, business skills, and personal development. It starts with cultivating self-awareness and emotional intelligence to understand one’s strengths and areas needing growth. Maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life is crucial for long-term success, with stress management and wellness strategies playing a key role. Additionally, building a strong personal brand enhances professional presence and helps individuals effectively utilize platforms to boost their credibility and visibility.

Career advancement requires a structured and strategic plan that incorporates clear goal-setting and ongoing self-reflection. Setting measurable objectives and actively pursuing growth opportunities ensures purposeful progress. 5. Practical sessions

• Role-Playing Exercises: Simulating client interactions and presentations
• Mock Interviews: Practice job interview techniques, including resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and follow-up.
• Group activities simulating decision-making scenarios to identify appropriate leadership styles.
• Practical exercises: Analyzing ethical dilemmas and discussing best practices for resolution.
• Practical exercises: Mindfulness sessions or relaxation techniques.

• Case Studies: Analyze real-world case studies to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.

Continuous Professional Development Units (CPD Units):

Members of ICPAK and reciprocating professional bodies will be awarded 2 CPD Units upon successfully attending each of the sessions.

Cost:
Charges for the training will be Kes 2,000/= which will cover course fees, materials, and e-certificates of attendance.

National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Reimbursement:
The Institute is registered as a trainer with National Industrial Training Authority. The Institute’s registration number is DIT/TRN/47. Participants who are registered levy contributors should apply to NITA for reimbursement of their fees. Please note that this is applicable for Kenyan citizens only and subject to NITA regulations.
